蛋豆腐 2盒
大蒜 5瓣
青蔥 2枝
糖 1小匙
醬油 1大匙
蠔油 1大匙
米酒 0.5大匙
水(高湯) 50ml

作 法：
1. 首先把豆腐切成塊狀後，下鍋油煎至表面金黃微焦。
2. 接著將鍋子的中間空出，爆香蒜與蔥段。
3. 接著加入糖，並把糖炒到融化。
4. 最後加入米酒、醬油、蠔油和水，並讓煮到醬汁收乾且豆腐入味就完成了。

Tips
1. 煎豆腐時油量稍微多一點，並用中火慢慢煎到上色；拿鍋鏟翻動豆腐時盡量用"推"的，避免把豆腐攪破。
2. 加入少許的糖一起拌炒可以讓成品看起來更油量，醬色也更明顯。
3. 豆腐換成水豆腐、板豆腐也都可以喔。
